3. Billing and Payments

• kopa.ai offers monthly and annual subscription plans, billed via Stripe.
  
• Subscriptions include an allocation of usage credits; additional credits may be purchased if you exceed your allocation.
  
• Payments are due in advance of the subscription period.
  
• We provide a 14-day refund guarantee for new subscriptions. After this period, fees are non-refundable.
  
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
  

4. Acceptable Use

• Use the Services for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
  
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Services.
  
• Submit content that violates applicable laws, infringes third-party rights, or promotes harm.
  

5. Use of AI Agents and Outputs

• By interacting with kopa.ai and its AI agents, you may generate content, insights, or recommendations (“Outputs”).
  
• Outputs belong to you, subject to your responsibility for how they are used.
  
• You acknowledge that AI-generated outputs may be imperfect, incomplete, or contain errors. You bear full responsibility for verifying and trusting any output before applying it.
  
• kopa.ai is not liable for actions taken in reliance on AI outputs or errors arising from them.
  

6. Data and Privacy

• Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
  
• We reserve the right to use anonymized or aggregated data from your use of the Services to improve our models and performance.
  

7. Termination and Suspension

• We may suspend or terminate your account for:
  
  • Violating these Terms
    
  • Non-payment
    
  • Fraud or misuse of the Services
    
• You may cancel your account at any time via the dashboard or by contacting us.
  

8. Disclaimers

• The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
  
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
  
• AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are solely responsible for verifying any content before use.

9. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, kopa.ai shall not be liable for:
  
  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
    
  • Lost profits, loss of business opportunities, or loss of data
    
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
  

10. Governing Law and Disputes

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
  
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania.
  

11. Changes to These Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time.
  
• If we make material changes, we will notify you via email.
  
• Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
