At Kopa.ai, we want merchants to feel confident using our platform. That’s why we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee.
How it works
You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of a subscription payment — whether it’s your first purchase or a renewal.
Refunds only apply to the most recent payment. Payments older than 14 days are not eligible.
To request a refund, email
support@kopa.ai from the same email address you used to sign up for your account.
Once your refund is processed, your subscription will be canceled immediately and you will lose access to all product features, data, and services.
Important notes
Refund requests made more than 14 days after a payment will not be accepted.
We do not provide refunds for multiple past billing cycles or partial usage outside the 14-day window.
All refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds may take 5–10 business days to appear.
Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated sign-ups and cancellations) may result in denial of future access.
