At Kopa.ai, we want merchants to feel confident using our platform. That’s why we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee.
How it works
  • You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of a subscription payment — whether it’s your first purchase or a renewal.
  • Refunds only apply to the most recent payment. Payments older than 14 days are not eligible.
  • To request a refund, email support@kopa.ai from the same email address you used to sign up for your account.
  • Once your refund is processed, your subscription will be canceled immediately and you will lose access to all product features, data, and services.
Important notes
  • Refund requests made more than 14 days after a payment will not be accepted.
  • We do not provide refunds for multiple past billing cycles or partial usage outside the 14-day window.
  • All refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds may take 5–10 business days to appear.
  • Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated sign-ups and cancellations) may result in denial of future access.
